Begin with a silky Chicken Liver Pâté, blended with cream, brandy, and thyme, served alongside a sweet and tangy red onion marmalade. A festive starter that sets the tone for what’s to come.

Then savour the showstopper: our Beef Wellington, made with tender beef fillet wrapped in buttery puff pastry, layered with mushroom duxelles, prosciutto, and Dijon mustard. Served with Dauphinoise Potatoes and Crisp Vegetables, and finished with a luxurious red wine jus — the ultimate centrepiece for your Christmas table.

Finish the evening with pure decadence: a delicious Buche de noel : Handmade Profiterole.

Every dish is hand-prepared by our chefs and delivered frozen, so you can enjoy a five-star Christmas dinner at home, without the stress or the mess.

Ingredients:

Chicken Liver Pâté with Red Onion Marmalade:
Chicken livers (55%), butter (MILK), double cream (MILK), shallots, brandy, garlic, thyme, salt, black pepper.
Red onion marmalade: red onions, sugar, red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, olive oil.

Beef Wellington with Red Wine Jus, Dauphinoise Potatoes & Crisp Vegetables
Beef fillet (45%), puff pastry (WHEAT, EGG, MILK), mushroom duxelles (mushrooms, shallots, garlic, thyme, butter (MILK)), prosciutto (PORK), Dijon mustard (MUSTARD).
Red wine jus: beef stock, red wine (SULPHITES), onion, carrot, celery, thyme, cornflour.
Dauphinoise potatoes: potatoes, double cream (MILK), garlic, nutmeg, salt, pepper.
Crisp vegetables: carrot, broccoli, green beans.

Chocolate Profiteroles (Bûche de Noël)
Choux pastry (WHEAT, EGG, MILK), fresh cream (MILK), dark chocolate coating (MILK, SOYA), icing sugar.
