Nature of Products and Legal Exceptions

Orders are confirmed at the time of placing them on Dindins.es. Once order is placed, orders cannot be cancelled (Article 103.d of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).
If the Client wishes to change the delivery date, they must notify DinDins before the agreed delivery time. DinDins will store the order safely in a frozen state until the new delivery date.
If the Client no longer wishes to receive their meals, DinDins may, upon written notice, donate the meals to a local charity or food distribution programme on their behalf. This ensures the food does not go to waste. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
