At DinDins, we strive to ensure your meals are delivered fresh and on time. Please review our shipping policy carefully to understand our delivery process and your responsibilities as a customer.
These Terms and Conditions regulate the sale, ordering, and delivery of perishable food products from DinDins S.L. to the consumer (“the Client”), in accordance with: Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for Consumer Defence) EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011 on Food Information By placing an order, the Client fully accepts these Terms.
Delivery charges
To cover for our logistics cost in the most efficient and fair way, we work with a "radius based" delivery cost.
Basis for distance calculation is our Alfaz HQ located on:
Pseo Carretera 75, 03580 Alfaz del Pi, Alicante, Spain.

Local Deliveries
Area: Local deliveries are made on Mondays along the N332 corridor between Gandia and Torrevieja.
Contact: Our driver will contact you via the telephone number provided at the time of purchase to indicate an approximate delivery time.
Acceptance: Please ensure you or a designated neighbor is available to accept the delivery. Alternatively, notify us in advance of a secure, cool location to leave your order.
Deliveries Outside of the Local Area
Schedule: Deliveries outside the local area are handled by our cold delivery courier service and are dispatched on Tuesdays.
Payment: The cold courier cannot accept cash payments. Please complete all payments online or via other accepted methods before dispatch.
Perishable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products:
- Ensure someone is available to accept the delivery at the address provided.
- If no one is available and no secure location has been specified, the driver will return the goods to our Alfaz Del Pi depot.
- You may collect the goods from the depot or arrange for redelivery at an additional cost.
Delivery Confirmation & Disputes
DinDins is not responsible for any loss, damage, or spoilage resulting from the inability to deliver perishable goods due to:
- Unreachable contact numbers.
- Unavailability of the recipient or a designated person to accept the delivery.
- Absence of a secure, cool location to leave the products.
All deliveries are carried out using third-party courier services that provide digital or physical delivery confirmation. Once an order has left DinDins’ premises and is handed to the courier, delivery is deemed fulfilled.
If the recipient is unavailable during the agreed time slot, the courier will attempt contact. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned and held frozen. Under Article 217 of the Spanish Civil Code, the burden of proof for any claim of non-receipt lies with the customer. DinDins shall not be liable for delivery failure caused by incorrect address details, missed deliveries, or unresponsiveness.
In the case of a bank dispute or chargeback for alleged non-delivery, DinDins reserves the right to present all courier logs, GPS data, and communication records as legal proof of delivery.
