Then move on to the heart of your festive plate: our Christmas Nut Roast, packed with cranberries, herbs and roasted nuts, served with all the traditional trimmings: golden roast potatoes, cranberry & port stuffing, roasted root vegetables, Brussels sprouts, mixed vegetables and vegetarian gravy.

Finish on a classic note with a Christmas Pudding and warm custard, rich with vine fruits, brandy, and a hint of spice, the sweetest ending to a festive feast.

Christmas Nut Roast with Trimmings: Nut roast: mixed nuts (NUTS) (35%), breadcrumbs (WHEAT), carrots, parsnips, onions, herbs, cranberries, vegetable stock (CELERY), olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper.
Stuffing: cranberries, port (SULPHITES), breadcrumbs (WHEAT), onion, herbs, butter (MILK).
Vegetables: roast potatoes, parsnips, sprouts, mixed vegetables.
Gravy: vegetarian stock (CELERY), cornflour, butter (MILK).

Christmas Pudding with Custard: Pudding: vine fruits (sultanas, raisins, currants), brown sugar, flour (WHEAT), breadcrumbs (WHEAT), eggs (EGG), suet (MILK), brandy (SULPHITES), mixed spice.
