Then move on to the star of the show: Traditional Roast Turkey, served with all the trimmings: golden roast potatoes, cranberry stuffing, pigs in blankets, roasted root vegetables, Brussels sprouts, mixed vegetables and rich gravy.
And to finish, a British favourite: Sticky Toffee Pudding with velvety toffee sauce, sweet, warming and full of Christmas comfort.
