King Prawn Cocktail (Marie Rose Sauce): King prawns (CRUSTACEANS) (60%), lettuce, cucumber, lemon juice.
Marie Rose sauce: mayonnaise (EGG, MUSTARD), ketchup, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce (FISH), brandy, paprika, cayenne pepper.
Traditional Roast Turkey with Trimmings: Turkey breast (70%), butter (MILK), garlic, sage, thyme, salt, pepper.
Stuffing: breadcrumbs (WHEAT), cranberries, onion, sage, butter (MILK).
Christmas Pudding with Custard:
Pudding: vine fruits (sultanas, raisins, currants), brown sugar, flour (WHEAT), breadcrumbs (WHEAT), eggs (EGG), suet (MILK), brandy (SULPHITES), mixed spice.
