A traditional Lancashire Lamb Hotpot — tender pieces of lamb slow-cooked with layers of soft onions, root vegetables, and sliced potatoes, all baked to golden perfection in a rich, savoury gravy. A true British classic that’s hearty, comforting, and full of flavour.
