A comforting Dutch favourite. Our Hachee is made with tender beef, slow-cooked with sweet caramelised onions, bay leaf and warming spices, finished with a subtle sweet-sour depth.

Served with braised red cabbage and apple for a perfectly balanced plate with creamy mashed potatoes – rich, hearty and deeply satisfying.
