Orange Baked Salmon with Trimmings
A fresh salmon fillet baked with a bright orange, honey & thyme glaze for a festive twist that’s light, fragrant and full of flavour. Served with roast potatoes, parsnips, sprouts and mixed seasonal vegetables, plus a smooth fish gravy to bring everything together.

Ingredients:
Salmon fillet (FISH) (60%), fresh orange juice, honey, thyme, garlic, olive oil, black pepper.
Vegetables: roast potatoes, parsnips, sprouts, mixed vegetables.
Gravy: fish stock (FISH), butter (MILK), cornflour.
