How does the program work?
You receive 12 Prep2U meals each week, two per day for six days. You follow breakfast plan and light exercise schedule daily for 21 days.

How much weight can I expect to lose?
Average results fall around 1.5 to 3.0 kg in 21 days, depending on consistency and activity. Individual results vary.
What’s the difference between the women and men version?
Women receive standard portions, men receive higher portions. Both are high-protein and macro-controlled to support a calorie deficit.
How many calories will I eat per day?
- Women ~1050–1350 kcal/day
- Men ~1350–1650 kcal/day

Do I need a gym or equipment?
No. The movement plan is light, simple and can be done at home or outdoors. Think walking, stretching, bodyweight basics.
Can I workout harder than the plan suggests?
. The more you move, the more you burn. If you already train or enjoy higher-intensity exercise, you can absolutely increase duration, speed or load. The included movement plan is intentionally light so the program stays accessible for everyone, including beginners or people who currently don’t exercise much. It’s a baseline to follow, and you’re free to push beyond it if you want faster progress or enjoy more activity.

Can I repeat the program after 21 days?
Yes. In fact many people cycle it again or move into maintenance with normal Prep2U meals.
Can I eat something else on the free day?
Yes. Day seven has, except for breakfast, no fixed structure to allow flexibility for social or personal plans.
Is it a subscription?
Yes it is a subscription which automatically ends after 3 weeks. The payments are automatically deducted every week.
