What's Blast Freezing and why its even better then fresh
Contrary to what many people think and according to Harvard Medical School (read full article here):
"Frozen produce is a solid choice for a healthful diet. Fruits and vegetables are usually picked ripe and blast frozen. In addition to capturing their flavor, the freezing process seals in nutrients."
At DinDins, we take this same approach with our freshly prepared meals. In our professional kitchen, we use a high-performance blast freezer to rapidly cool our meals from just-prepared temperature to -18°C in a matter of minutes.
This ultra-fast freezing process locks in flavor, texture, and essential nutrients while preventing the formation of large ice crystals that can degrade food quality.
By blast freezing, we ensure that when you heat up your meal, it tastes just as fresh as the moment it was made.
Is microwaving my food safe?
Using a microwave oven to heat food is safe and does not make food less healthy. Its even better to preserve Nutrients!
Microwaves heat food by causing water molecules to vibrate, producing heat that cooks the food. This method does not make the food or the oven radioactive.
In fact, cooking with microwaves can help preserve nutrients in food. For example, microwaving vegetables requires less water and shorter cooking times compared to boiling, which can help retain water-soluble vitamins.

Therefore, when used correctly, microwaving is a convenient and nutritious way to prepare meals.
