In LEAN21 you receive 12 Prep2U meals per week, two per day for six days. All meals are high in protein and macro-controlled to support steady fat-loss and daily energy.

Select the version that fits your calories and portion needs:

  • Women: 1050 - 1350 Kcal per day
  • Men: 1350 - 1650 Kcal per day

Breakfast guidance and a 7-day light exercise schedule are included with both options.
